Today, October 16, 2018, I happened to have a look at someone's vocal cord concern. Kindly refer to holy hymn from holy Japji Sahib : "Amrit vela sach nao vadiayee veechar karmi aaweiy kappdda nadreen mokh duwaar". You may consider visiting your nearby Gurudwara Sahib before sunrise. After paying respects to the GURU, have yr seat somewhere in a secluded corner, religiously recite Japji Sahib everyday, bit loudly ( taking care that the visiting sangat does not get disturbed ). GURU will be kind on you. When cured, tell the power of NAAM to others, particularly affected ones. Fateh ji.
